Posted by Douglas Smart, Last modified by Douglas Smart on 03 Dec 2018 13:57:05

Release Date: 03 November  2018

Significant changes between 10.3.7 and 10.3.8:

VisualEdit:

Improvement: We have corrected and clarified the wording on the Define & Initialise script's "Add Position Group" dialog.

Bug Fix: If the video panel was closed but video windows undocked from it were open, images and clips were not being created when running a VisualWorks report

VisualDVR:

Improvement: We have changed a default setting to better handle unstable video signals when received by Vitec 7440 HD/SD H.264 encoder cards.

VisualArchive:

Bug Fix: We have modified the way that VisualArchive determines the Project and backup device GUID associated with a dataset to ensure that it always uses the root project GUID and not any sub-project GUID.

VisualReview:

Bug Fix: The application was failing to load data when the user group policy “Deny write access to removable drives not protected by BitLocker” was enabled and the selected drive did not have BitLocker enabled.

Installer & All Licensed Applications:

Improvement: We have clarified the wording of the licensing terms for the use of the free VisualReview application.

Improvement: In preparation for future support of Windows 10, we have improved the handling of our licences during significant Windows Updates.
